Un mensaje cortito, sólo para contarles que ayer en la mañana el Nene dió sus primeros pasos ¡sin ayuda de nadie! Además esta mañana se despertó super ¨conversador¨...

Navy Pier

For some reason (we're thinking one of his friends at school went to Navy Pier and started talking about it to Gabo) Gabo started asking us to take him to Navy Pier. He was very insistent, so two weekends ago we finally took him. At the beginning he didn't believe us when we told him we were there, but after a while we convinced him and he had a lot of fun. He even got to meet some TV characters in person... He met Arthur, D.W. and Buster (the rabbit, his favorite). He high-fived them, hugged them and talked to them. The day was warm enough, so we spent a lot of it outside, and Gabo had a great time jumping into the water puddles!

We're back

After a long silence, we are back with more pictures...

Here is the last picture of David sleeping with a pacifier. He doesn't any more... but he still sleeps with a stuffed animal (that varies) and the blanket that Abuela Camena knitted.


Here you see him in one of his favorite pass times: getting all the shoes out of their place...



Here he is sitting down (he sits down by first standing on the chair and then sliding down into it), and of course, as is true of almost everything he does lately, Gabo also had to do the same (at the same time).
