Having fun outside

This is our friends waiting their turn to take a bike out of the “garage”.



We played in the sandbox using shovels, buckets and sand molds. We also used the magnetic toys on the wall to pour sand. We had a fire drill when we were outside today.

Language Works: Ms. Chrissy read Dotty the Dinosaur. The story is about a dinosaur that turns different colors when she eats foods. After the story we asked each child what they liked to eat and then asked them what color they would turn. After outside time, Ms. Carly showed everyone our color and picture cards. We identified the pictures and talked about each color!



Outside: We played with the Cheetahs. We opened both playgrounds. We had fun using their big curly slide and the bridge. We also were able to ride tricycles in a big loop around both playgrounds!

Outside: Some of our friends put chairs together and pretended to be on a train. They sang “Chugga, Chugga, Choo, Choooo”. When I asked where they were going, some said to the gas station and others said they were watching TV. They said they were watching Mickey and Dora.
